A well-known insider is convinced that the long-awaited Metroid Prime 4 game will be released as early as this year
Nintendo announced Metroid Prime 4 back in 2017, but since then there has been little to no news about the game.
Gamers have long been wondering when the sequel to the iconic series will be released and there may not be much longer to wait.
Here's What We Know
Yesterday, the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase took place, where, among other things, the announcement of the remake of the famous game Epic Mickey was heard. The event itself had nothing to do with Metroid Prime 4, but while commenting on the show on the Giant Bomb podcast, well-known insider and analyst Jeff Grubb revealed that the same person who told him about the announcement beforehand added that the release of the new Metroid instalment will take place in 2024.

Previously, youtuber SuperMetalDave64 shared similar information. The author studied the developers' profiles in social networks and other information from open sources and came to the conclusion that the game is in the final stages of production, and its full presentation, and maybe release, will take place in 2024.
Insider: Nintendo's new console could be unveiled in the first half of March, there will be another Nintendo Direct show in March, where the company will focus on its own projects. Perhaps that's where the release date for Metroid Prime 4 will be revealed.
