In addition to the multiplayer, the video also showed the Deluxe edition of the game, which will include exclusive mechanical parts for the game's battle mode, a digital artbook and soundtrack, as well as a number of bonus wallpapers. The price of this edition is $69.99.

Sonic Superstars will be released on 17 October exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
