Bandai Namco job opening points to development of new installment of horror platformer Little Nightmares
Publisher Bandai Namco has opened a vacancy for a production assistant in its European division.
Here's What We Know
The Linkedin page indicates that the applicant for the position will work in Bandai Namco Europe's team on the company's key franchises, including Little Nightmares. This is a direct indication that a new installment of the popular horror platformer is in development.
The project is likely in the early stages of pre-production, as the specialist sought will lead the game "from concept to release". Consequently, Little Nightmares 3 will definitely not be released in the next few years.
Notably, the developers of the first two parts from Tarsier Studios have moved to the Embracer Group holding company, losing the rights to the game, so the new part will be created by a new team.
