A documentary about the work of renowned game designer Hideo Kojima will premiere at Tribeca
The importance of Hideo Kojima in the development and popularisation of video games cannot be overstated.
Thanks to his unconventional vision, this game designer has created a number of games that have quickly earned cult status and defined the vector of video game industry development as a full-fledged art form.
Recall that the Metal Gear and Death Stranding series are considered the main works of Hideo Kojima.

Kojima has become such an important figure among game designers that a documentary film has been made about him, which will premiere during the Tribeca Festival.
Connecting Worlds explores Kojima's path, vision, approach and the brainchild of Kojima Productions.
The film features the likes of Guillermo del Toro, George Miller, Nicholas Winding Refn, Norman Reedus, Grimes, Woodkid and Chvrches. The film was directed by documentary filmmaker Glen Milner.
Connecting Worlds will be screened on June 17, and will be followed by a Q&A session with Kojima himself.
