The massive failure of the Instagram social network, which took place on October 31 in the morning, caused problems with access to several million accounts.

Users who were affected by the failure when logging into the application received the message "Your account has been disabled". The platform immediately confirmed the problem on its Twitter: "We know some of you are having trouble accessing your Instagram account. We are looking into the issue and apologize for the inconvenience." A few hours later, Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri tweeted that they were "still working on it".

As of 22:00, most of the lost accounts have been restored.
