Microsoft adds colour-coded profiles to Outlook so you can conveniently separate work and personal accounts
Microsoft has begun rolling out a new profile feature in Outlook for Mac that will allow you to separate your personal and work accounts using coloured themes. This feature is designed to make it easier to switch between accounts and not send the wrong email to someone or save calendar entries incorrectly.
One of the best aspects of this new feature is that all Outlook profiles can be easily configured to automatically focus on the tasks and messages you want. In addition, you can easily switch between different profiles depending on what task you have in front of you. If you're a macOS user, these profiles can also be linked to Apple's Focus Filters, providing more automation and convenience in your email experience.
All in all, this new functionality allows users to manage their messages and tasks more efficiently, and provides more convenience and automation in their email experience on macOS.
