Meta has announced a 40% reduction in the price of ad-free subscriptions in Europe. Facebook and Instagram users in the EU will now be able to choose between a subscription for €5.99 per month on the web version and €7.99 on iOS and Android, down from the previous prices of €9.99 and €12.99 respectively.
