The Metal Gear (Solid) franchise, created by the famous game designer Hideo Kojima, is rightfully considered one of the most iconic games in the industry.

The first stealth action game of this series was released back in 1987 and for 36 years Metal Gear has been very popular.

Japanese publisher Konami reported that sales of all Metal Gear Solid games exceeded 60 million copies!

Unfortunately, after the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (2015), nothing interesting and significant was released and interest in the game dropped significantly. But the announcement of the MGS 3: Snake Eater remake and the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1 remaster collection gives hope that gamers will pay attention to the famous series again and its sales will grow.
