From Software CEO says that "nothing has been decided" on the continuation of Armoured Core

After almost a decade of developing souls-like games, last year From Software returned to Armoured Core with Armoured Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. The game was loved by both players and critics, but if you were expecting the sequel to come out soon, it is in doubt.

Here's What We Know

The head of From Software, Hidetaka Miyazaki, in a recent interview with IGN, said that the studio has a "strong desire" to continue expanding the series. However, despite Miyazaki's desire to improve the overall quality of the series in future titles, no specific plans have been confirmed. He stated:

"As you can see from the fact that we made Armored Core 6, the Armored Core series is very important to FromSoftware. We have a strong will to continue to make it in the future,” he said. “I think Armored Core 6 was a success. On the other hand, not everything was perfect, and there is still room to make it better, so I have no intention of stopping there. However, nothing concrete has been decided yet.”
