Chinese company Cobtec has announced a new Sunflower 200 attack drone.
Here's What We Know
The UAV was shown at the military exhibition "Army-2023" in russia. Judging by the official images, the novelty is a copy of the Iranian kamikaze drone Shahed 136.
According to the manufacturer, the drone can fly up to 2,000 kilometres. The drone weighs 175kg and can carry up to 40kg of explosives. In comparison, the Shahed 136 has a 50kg warhead. The Sunflower-200 has a maximum speed of 220 km/h. The UAV has a wingspan of 2.5 metres and a body length of 3.2 metres. Other technical specifications of the drone are not yet available.
