Ukrainian Armed Forces show first footage of ground-based armoured drone in action

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have shown the first video with footage of the use of an innovative ground combat drone.

Here's What We Know

Soldiers of the 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade in the battle with Russian occupants used a Ukrainian development that could change the course of the war in the future.

The name of the drone has not yet been specified, it is probably an Ironclad robot equipped with a thermal imaging camera and a ShaBla M2 combat turret.

From public sources it is known:

• speed - up to 20 km/h;
• has an armoured carapace that protects it from small arms fire;
• it can be controlled remotely from a safe place.

The presented footage shows a combat drone fixing targets and destroying an enemy position.
