Poland deploys M142 HIMARS missile systems, K9 Thunder howitzers and K2 Black Panther tanks near russian border to prevent Putin from restoring evil empire

The 16-mechanized division has received modern weaponry and will deploy it near the border with the Kaliningrad region. This was announced by Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak, who on the eve took part in the swearing in of soldiers of the volunteer corps and the Territorial Defence Force.

The head of the Defence Ministry said that Poland plans to organize new military units to replace those that were abolished by 2015. In addition, the Polish Army has already started receiving new equipment.

In particular, the 16 mechanised division will deploy South Korean K2 Black Panther tanks and K9 Thunder artillery pieces near the border with Russia. They will also be joined by the first highly mobile M142 HIMARS artillery rocket systems, which were ordered in 2019.

Mariusz Blaszczak stressed that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to restore the evil empire, so he is attacking his neighbours. The task of the Polish army is to strengthen the country's armed forces as much as possible so that Russia will not dare to attack.
