"Bethesda's Best Game" and "Excellent RPG" - critics are thrilled with Starfield and give the game top marks

Finally, the embargo on publishing reviews and reviews of the space role-playing game Starfield has been lifted.

Here's What We Know

Todd Howard promised to release an incredible game of colossal scale and it looks like Bethesda has delivered on his promises.

Critics have praised Starfield, almost unanimously calling it the best project of Bethesda Game Studios.

The quality of Starfield is evidenced by the scores on aggregators:

Journalists noted that Starfield has a great story, interesting characters, engaging dialogue, an exciting open world, multifaceted and complex gameplay, excellent music, unique design and visual style.

Yes, the game is similar to the last parts of Fallout and The Elder Scrolls, but the new setting and unusual gameplay mechanics perfectly decorate the usual gameplay. In short, most Bethesda RPG fans will get exactly what they wanted.

As promised by Todd Howard and Phil Spencer, the game is in excellent technical condition and runs perfectly even on the weak Xbox Series S console, and without a significant drop in graphics quality.

In addition, as journalists said, Starfield has a minimal number of bugs, which is also not typical of Bethesda games.

As almost the only disadvantage is called relatively monotonous gameplay, because of which Starfield is best revealed after 10-20 hours of passing. There are also some minor complaints about the quality of facial animation.

When We Can Expect It

Today Starfield passes will start for buyers of premium editions, and other gamers will have to wait until the 6th of September.

For those who can't wait to find out where Starfield starts, IGN has released a 40-minute video.
