There are rumors about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - a possible release is scheduled for the fall
Well-known journalist and insider Tom Henderson said that this year's Call of Duty, which will be the successor to Modern Warfare in 2018, will be announced in the summer, and the game will be released in October.
Games for the series are usually released in November, but according to Henderson, things will be different this year due to Vanguard's not-so-impressive sales, and a major update for Warzone is expected shortly after the game's release.
Earlier, Henderson said that in the future Modern Warfare 2 will include, among other things, dismemberment and mode in the style of Escape from Tarkov. However, before the release a lot can change.
As expected, it's looking like this year's Call of Duty title, Modern Warfare II (2022), will be revealed in the summer.
