Not a bug, but a feature: there is no noise reduction in the smartphones of the iPhone 13 line, and Apple says that it should be so

After the release of the iPhone 13 line of smartphones, users noticed that all models do not have a noise reduction function that reduces the amount of background noise during telephone conversations. As it turns out, this is how it should be.

How so?

It was originally assumed that this some a bug in the software, as the old iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 have this option. Yes, and Apple's technical support itself advised to wait for the iOS update, which was supposed to fix the error.

However, support now claims that the iPhone 13 smartphones do not have noise reduction and will not:

“We have new information on this issue. The option is not available for the entire iPhone 13 lineup, so you don't see this option in settings."

The only thing is that iPhone 13 supports voice isolation during FaceTime calls, but this does not apply to phone calls. Whether noise cancellation will return to the iPhone 14 is still unclear.
