Three cheap Xiaomi smartphones unexpectedly received MIUI 13 global firmware on Android 12
Xiaomi has released the MIUI 13 update to the global market ahead of schedule. The stable version of the shell has become available for three smartphones.
Moreover, the update was received not by flagships, but by models of the middle budget class. The announcement of the global MIUI 13 will take place only on January 26, but the firmware is already available for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro. All of them were announced in the spring of 2021. The software numbers are v13.0.2.0 SKQMIXM, v13.0.2.0 SKGMIXM and v13.0.3.0 SKFMIXM respectively.
It is assumed that the release of the update specifically for them is associated with the high popularity of smartphones in the global market. The size of the update is approximately 2.6-3.1 GB, depending on the model. So far, the global version of MIUI 13 is available “over the air” only as part of the Mi Pilot program, but in the xiaomiui Telegram channel, using the links in the source, you can find files for installing software in manual mode.
Since this is a version for Mi Pilot, there may be problems, but so far they have not been reported. And yes, the MIUI 13 global firmware for Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro is based on the Android 12 operating system.
