Last year, Ubispft announced the continuation of the Ghost Recon series - a shareware shooter Ghost Recon Frontline. One of the participants in the game testing published a segment of the game's gameplay (it has already been blocked). Judging by his post at Reddit, the game is still in a miserable situation.
The author of the leak is a gamer with the nickname Parzalai. Along with the video, he also posted his thoughts on the game:
-
Frontline has a bad look and works lousy even "on the 30 series video card" (obviously, it's about GeForce).
-
The shooter is low TTK. Because of this, there is usually not enough time to respond to the shots of rivals.
-
The return is similar to CS: GO, only worse.
-
According to Parzalai, Frontline cards have a strange design: "Shots are heard everywhere, but I can't find any enemy or hit the enemy.".
-
The user interface turned out to be cumbersome and inconvenient.
-
The animators also did not like the tester. They seem to look bad, like Frontline is an indie project. "Ready or Not sounds, graphics and animations better", - the player writes.
-
Through control, the character feels clumsy.
-
The game has two main modes (capture points, "royal battle") and there is a combat pass with cosmetic items.
As a result, Frontline left the impression of a strange hybrid of several popular shooters. At the same time, it doesn't even feel like part of Tom Clancy's franchise. The gamer was pleased with only one thing - customization.
Unfortunately, the original video is gone, but we have a bunch of photos.
