Ukrainian military showed on video the work of American howitzers M777
Armed Forces of Ukraine in full swing using American guns M777 caliber 155 mm.
What is known
Over the weekend, two videos of the use of howitzers hit the network at once. The first one just shows how M777 fires at the positions of the invaders.
The second video is notable for the fact that the military decided not to dig M777 land. True, immediately after the shot, due to the strong recoil, the howitzer dug in on its own.
The third video shows the results of the application M777. The video shows the destruction of two Russian infantry fighting vehicles (BMP-2) with the help of American 155-mm howitzers in the Donetsk region.
Recall that M777 was developed in the UK, but the United States supplies guns to Ukraine. For the first time, towed howitzers were used in the war in Afghanistan. In addition to Ukraine and the USA M777 are in service with Canada and Australia. The cost of one copy is approx. $4 million
