Under the Waves is a new game from Quantic Dream, the story will tell about the suffering of a man in the depths of the North Sea

At Gamescom 2022, Quantic Dream showed off its new adventure game Under the Waves.

What else is known?

Under the Waves will tell the story of diver Sam, who tries to survive a loss and goes to the depths of the North Sea. Events take place in the techno-futurism of the 1970s. Players will have to explore the depths of the sea in a submarine, descend into caves, search for different debris, make different equipment to continue exploring the marine world, meet sea residents and deal with their own self.

The game is being developed with Parallel Studio, a French indie studio, in partnership with the Surfrider Foundation Europe, a non-profit association responsible for protecting the oceans.

The release date for Under the Waves is unknown. The game will appear on XBOX One, XBOX Series X/S, PlayStation 4/5 and PC.
