Russia has already used the first batch of Iranian drones against Ukraine - Reznikov
According to Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov, Russia has practically exhausted the first batch of drones received from Iran.
"The first batch of Iranian drones that the Russians brought was about 300 units. Almost all of these 300 units they used, targeting critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, water, electricity, heat supply. We learned how to destroy most of them. The percentage is quite high, but unfortunately, not yet 100%," Reznikov said during the briefing.
He added that the russia has contracted a total of 1,500 to 2,400 kamikaze drones. However, it is unknown whether it will receive them all.
"Despite the fact that Iran also supplies these drones to other countries for combat operations, and now they are not all, so to speak, calm, we have hope that the Iranian side will not fulfill all of its obligations regarding russia. Plus the Israeli colleagues destroyed several factories for the production of these drones on the territory of another country, so I think that these drones will be less."
At the same time, Ukraine is now continuing to develop an air defense system and create a defense network over the country.
