AMD reduced the cost of Ryzen 7000 processors in Europe by €60-200
AMD has already reduced the price of the latest Ryzen 7000 desktop processors on the European market. In some stores the discount on chips with Zen 4 architecture reaches €200.
Here's What We Know
The 16-core Ryzen 9 7950X flagship went on sale less than two months ago for €849. Now you can buy it for €699, and in some stores the price has dropped to €648. In the U.S., the novelty costs $670 at the official price of $699.
The 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X desktop processor is already priced at €538, although its recommended price is €669. The Ryzen 770X and Ryzen 5 7600X models also got cheaper, from €479 to €398 and from €359 to €297 respectively.
Note that all four processors are based on the Zen 4 architecture and manufactured in 5nm technology. The chips support multi-threading and do not have the division of cores into "large" and "small".
