Huawei P50 and Mate 50 Pro flagships received a new turbo mode for ultra-fast charging along with the update

Huawei has released a fresh software update for its flagships Huawei P50 and Mate 50 Pro. After receiving the firmware, the smartphones will start charging even faster.

So, the HarmonyOS update adds Turbo super-fast charging mode, which speeds up the process of charging the gadget. How much and how exactly - it's not clear yet.

HarmonyOS 3.0.0.187 (SP1C00E185R5P4) firmware version 0.98GB is available for the Huawei Mate 50 Pro.

Firmware 3.0.0.190/191 is for all models of Huawei P50 line, including P50E. In this case, the firmware size is 1.09 GB. For now, the update is only available in China.

In addition to the accelerated charging mode, the flagships will receive a December security patch.
