Turkish company Baykar presented Ukraine with two Bayraktar TB2 strike drones - The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine
The Turkish company Baykar Makina, which produces Bayraktar UAVs, has handed over two of its Bayraktar TB2 strike drones to Ukraine for free. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"Today we received 2 more Bayraktar TB2 drones from our great friends and partners of Ukraine — Baykar company. Baykar handed them over free of charge to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces and to support the people and protect peaceful innocent people".
The Bayraktar TB2 is a medium tactical operational UAV with four guided munitions, which can fly for 12 to 24 hours. It has a maximum control range of up to 150 km.
The Baykar Makina company has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation. Thus, the manufacturer previously Ukraine will get three Bayraktar TB2 drones for free, for which Ukrainians raised $20,000,000 in three days, for which the Ukrainians in just a few days have collected $20 million, and Bayraktar TB2 Vanagas drone, the money to buy which was collected by residents of Lithuania.
