Official: Croatia will hand Mi-8 helicopters to Ukraine
In February, Croatian media reported that the Croatian government was going to hand over Mi-8 helicopters to Ukraine. This information has now been confirmed.
Here's What We Know
Croatian Defence Minister Mario Banožić told this during a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart. Deliveries should start in the near future.
The Croatian defence minister did not disclose the number of helicopters, but presumably we are talking about 14 units: 12 Mi-8 MTV-1 and 2 Mi-8T helicopters.
Flashback
