Apple announces new software versions for Apple TV and HomePod

Apple continues to improve its Apple TV set-top box and HomePod smart speaker with software updates.

Here's What We Know

Apple has released tvOS 16.4.1 and HomePod 16.4.1. According to the official list of changes, HomePod smart speakers have received bug fixes as well as improved performance. As for tvOS 16.4.1's innovations, Apple unfortunately doesn't disclose them.

When We Can Expect It

The firmware has already started rolling out in waves to all supported Apple TV and HomePod models.
