Elon Musk is stepping down as CEO of Twitter. He will be replaced in six weeks by a new CEO
Since Elon Musk's acquisition of the social networking site Twitter, there have been ongoing scandals that are hard to blame anyone but its odious owner.
Here's What We Know
Many users were unhappy with the innovations that Musk had introduced. People started leaving Twitter in droves, not only ordinary users, but also global brands and celebrities.
Today it has become known that Elon Musk will leave the post of Twitter CEO and hand over the reins to a new CEO. On his Twitter account, Musk said that in six weeks, "she" (the new CEO) will take over.
Who will run the social network is not yet known, but Elon Musk will retain his position as executive chairman and Twitter's chief technology officer.
Excited to announce that I've hired a new CEO for X/Twitter. She will be starting in ~6 weeks!
