Where it all began: Bethesda has released a detailed Starfield backstory

Bethesda has published a detailed backstory, which covers the period from 2050 to 2330, of the space role-playing game Starfield.

Here's What We Know

According to the developer's version, the rapid exploration of space began with the landing of humans on Mars in 2050, and by 2100 the Red Planet was colonised by mankind.

This was followed by interplanetary flights and exploration of other systems, including the famous Alpha Centauri. Then followed numerous feuds, alliances, political intrigues and warfare - all this and much more awaits players in Starfield, so for all those who are interested in this game, we recommend you to familiarise yourself with its backstory.

When We Can Expect It

Starfield will be released on 6 September 2023 on MS and Xbox Series (including Game Pass).
