The next version of the shell from Xiaomi was called MIUI 10

Today, MIUI programmers held a final meeting, which was attended by co-founder and vice president of Xiaomi Hong Feng (Hong Feng). At the end of the event, the executive director and, in combination, the head of the business department of MIUI presented the following name of the shell - MIUI 10.

Earlier it was reported that the new version could get the name MIUI X, but it turned out not so. At the meeting, no more details were given about the new product. But it is only known that the shell will receive the functions of artificial intelligence. The release of MIUI 10 may take place this summer.

The current version of MIUI 9 received 40 devices, including Xiaomi Mi 2, Mi 2s and Redmi 1s. Most likely, these smartphones will not be updated to MIUI 10.
