Following iOS 17: Apple announced a stable version of watchOS 10

Apart from iOS 17, Apple has also announced a new update for Apple Watch owners.

What's New About It

We are talking about watchOS 10. This is the biggest update of the system for the last few years. For example, the developers returned widgets to the firmware and redesigned the home screen. Apple has also added three new watch faces, an updated Activity app, new cycling features, Mindfulness for mood tracking, and an improved Health app. It can now measure how much time you spend in daylight, as well as your distance from the screen. This should help reduce the risk of nearsightedness.

When We Can Expect It

watchOS 10 can already be installed by owners of the Apple Watch Series 4 and newer versions of the watch. You'll need a smartphone with iOS 17 on board to install the firmware.
