Snapdragon 855 will be built on a 7-nm process technology
The Snapdragon 845 is Qualcomm's latest flagship chipset. It, like its predecessor, is built on a 10-nm process technology. But there was a rumor that the next generation of Snapdragon 855 will be made at 7-nm. The rumor comes from one of the contractors of the company that is working on the processor.
Qualcomm will not say it, but their contractors do. Snapdragon 855 (SDM855) is the first 7nm SoC. (probably the one the X24 modem ends up in) pic.twitter.com/Ot1J34fQoG

Description found Roland Quandt (Roland Quandt) and he also published it in his Twitter account. Samsung was one of the manufacturers of Snapdragon 845, but there are rumors that SDM855 will do TSMC.
Recall that recently Qualcomm invited journalists to test the capabilities of the last flagship processor.
