Teddy, a 10-year-old from the UK, has asked Apple to change the emoji on his glasses.
Here's What We Know
The emoji in question is called the "nerd" emoji. It shows an emoji wearing glasses, with a smile and front teeth sticking out.
Teddy says the emoji gives the wrong impression of people wearing glasses and is offensive. For example, he himself likes wearing glasses, but this image of people wearing glasses upsets him.
So the boy created a petition to force Apple to change the design of the emoji. He even suggested his own version - an emoji with thin-rimmed glasses and a curious smile instead of protruding teeth.
