Palworld continues to surprise: the hit shooter has overtaken Counter-Strike 2 in peak online play

The game from the Japanese studio Pocketpair became the second in the history of Steam by the number of simultaneous players.

Palworld's peak online of 1,864,421 people allowed the project to surpass not only Cyberpunk 2077, DOTA 2 and Lost Ark, but also the mega-popular online shooter Counter-Strike, whose maximum figure is 1 million 818 thousand simultaneous users.

Palworld has already made history, but the only competitor left ahead of the game is PUBG. This game has a record of more than 3 million people, but there are few doubts that by the end of the week this record will be broken.

Palworld is available in Early Access on PC (Steam) and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
