Ajax Systems launches pre-series production of devices in Kyiv.

New products will be assembled at the plant: TurretCam, BulletCam and DomeCam Mini video cameras, Ajax NVRs, KeyPad TouchScreen keyboards and other devices announced at the last Ajax Special Event

The expansion of the product portfolio to 135 devices and the introduction of video surveillance devices led to the creation of a production centre closer to the development engineers. The R&D team will be able to control the manufacturing processes of new products, as the production of new devices requires additional equipment, testing and verification before entering mass production.

The total capacity of pre-series production is 50 to 70 thousand devices per month. Next year, the company plans to expand its production capacity by 50%.

Currently, the pre-series production department is actively hiring employees of various categories: SMD line operators, power supply assemblers, test bench operators, assemblers, QC sorters, long test operators, quality controllers and other engineers. In total, the team will consist of 220 people.

In spring 2022, Ajax Systems' production facilities were relocated to the western region of Ukraine. The company opened another plant in Turkey on 5 January 2022.
