Media: Korean company NCSoft confirmed the development of the third part of MMORPG Guild Wars

Developers of popular multiplayer role-playing games from NCSoft are working on a new part of Guild Wars.

Korean publication Inven reported that NCSoft CEO Park Byung Moo openly stated at a shareholder meeting that Guild Wars 3 is in development.

ArenaNet has a significant intellectual property called Guild Wars. It released Guild Wars 2 and is now working on Guild Wars 3. Looking at this process, we see significant competitiveness.

Guild Wars 2 came out in 2012 and received great reviews from millions of players, it remains popular and is still receiving updates.

As a reminder, NCSoft is known primarily as the developer of Lineage. At the end of 2023 the Sony has announced a strategic partnership with South Korean studio NCSOFT.
