Here's What We Know
The artwork is created in dark colours to convey the atmosphere of The Sinking City 2. The first art depicts an area with water, a lighthouse, and several houses. The next two show more civilisation. One shows a large number of houses and cars, and the other shows a large and abandoned mansion.
Frogwares has also added a description to these artworks:
A thick and suffocating fog envelops you like a shroud. Houses rise like ghosts from the fog, their old facades hiding stories of ancient fear
When We Can Expect It
The Sinking City 2 is scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025.
Flashback
The Sinking City 2 is a third-person survival-horror game set in the alternative Lovecraftian realities of the United States in the 1920s. Players will be immersed in an atmosphere of immense horrors inspired by the darkest and most gloomy works of H.P. Lovecraft's imagination.
You'll have to explore and survive in the city of Arkham, which is a maze of flooded streets and old mansions where unearthly horrors lurk. We'll have an arsenal of weapons available to us to fight off various monsters. And at the same time, you need to use nearby clues and hints to solve mysteries. All this is being created on Unreal Engine 5.
