Ukraine receives some weapons from the new US aid package

Ukraine has already received some weapons from the United States as part of a recent and long-awaited military aid package.

Ukrainian forces have received the first batch of weapons, including 155mm artillery ammunition, which has already become a necessary resource for the Ukrainian Defence Forces at the front. The equipment also includes anti-tank systems that will help ensure a high level of protection against enemy tanks.

The announcement of the weapons from the United States came after President Joe Biden signed a large aid package worth $60.8 billion. Interestingly, some of the weapons had already arrived in Ukraine before the list of support was officially published.

Despite the rapid initial delivery, it should be noted that the process of transferring some weapons may be delayed due to difficulties with documentation and updating lists of available resources.
