A well-known blogger reported that Valve is already alpha testing the Deadlock online shooter and will unveil it soon
Yesterday we reported about new details of unannounced shooter Deadlock, which is being developed by Valve - the author of Dota 2, Counter-Strike, Half-Life and Team Fortress.
Now the famous blogger Tyler McVicker has partially expanded the received information.
Here's What We Know
Tyler McVicker has confirmed that Deadlock, which was previously mentioned under the codenames Neon Prime and Citadel, is indeed an online competitive third-person shooter that adds MOBA and Tower Defence elements.
The blogger claims that Valve is already alpha testing Deadlock, with hundreds of people from the company's staff, family and friends already signed up.
McVicker claims that we won't have to wait long for the official announcement of Deadlock:
Valve will unveil the new game very soon, because closed alpha testing is in full swing. The build is already out there somewhere! The last time something like this happened, the announcement happened immediately. And given that leaks have already started, Valve may move the reveal up earlier, as they did with Dota Underlords.
