Google Discover now shows sunrise and sunset times on smartphones

There are four cards in the Discover section of the Google Android app: Air Quality, Finance, Sports, and Weather. Now Google has added another card to the Discover section of the Google app: "Sunrise and Sunset.

Here's What We Know

The Sunrise and Sunset card shows the time of sunrise and sunset for the owner's current location. To see this feature, swipe left on the map carousel, tap Settings (Customise your space) and turn on the Sunrise and Sunset option.

Google Discover is a feature of the Google Android app that shows personalised news, articles and other interesting content to users based on their interests and previous activity.

There is currently no information on whether Google is adding the Sunrise and Sunset map to the Discover section of the Google app through an app update or server changes.

Please update your Google app to the latest version to ensure that you receive this card in the future. Sometimes just restarting the app or device will activate the new feature.
