For over three years, classic horror fans have been waiting for the release of a new project from Silent Hill and Siren series creator Keiichiro Toyama.
In 2021, he announced the opening of Bokeh Game Studio and the start of development on his debut project, the horror game Slitterhead.
Since then, little to no details have been released about the game, but that's about to change very soon.

Summer Game Fest organiser and host Geoff Keighley has revealed that the first Slitterhead gameplay trailer will be unveiled at the show.

As a reminder, Keiichiro Toyama has stated that Slitterhead will be a horror game with a significant action bias and will be different from the iconic games of his authorship. He hopes that the new project will be appreciated by both young audience and long-time fans of Silent Hill.
