In just five days, sales of the unusual survival simulator Soulmask exceeded 200,000 copies
On the 31st of May Soulmask survival simulator from Ukrainian developer Campfire Studio was released in early access.
The game immediately attracted great interest of the public, received excellent reviews and started its way to Steam with the fourth place in the weekly sales chart.
But it turned out that Soulmask is doing even better than it may seem.
Here's What We Know
Soulmask developers reported that sales of the game for five days in Early Access exceeded 200 thousand copies!

This is a great result for a little-known studio, especially when you consider that the survival simulator niche is full of popular games and it's hard enough to attract the attention of a sophisticated audience.
The game arouses interest with its unusual setting and excellent elaboration of gameplay elements, but as Ukrainian media we can't help but ask a question: Campfire Studio, why Soulmask doesn't have Ukrainian localisation, but it has Russian language? - And this despite the fact that there has been a full-scale war in the country for over two years.
