Brimstone missiles, AS-90 SAU and ammunition: UK announces new military aid package for Ukraine

The UK continues to help Ukraine fight Russian invaders by announcing a new military aid package for the AFU.

Here's What We Know

The next aid package was announced by the new UK Defence Secretary John Healey during his working visit to Ukraine. It includes:

A quarter of a million rounds of 50-calibre ammunition
90 Brimstone missiles
50 small military boats to support riverine and coastal operations
40 mine clearance vehicles
10 AS-90 artillery systems
61 bulldozers for the construction of defence positions
Spare parts for previously transferred AS-90s

Deliveries of the weapons are due to begin shortly.
