New video from the developers of Frostpunk 2: what has happened in the last thirty years in the world of the game
11 bit studios has published the first instalment of the development diaries of the ambitious urban strategy game Frostpunk 2.
The new video series is called City Unbound and will tell about important aspects of the game.
Here's What We Know
In the first issue, the developers focused on what has happened in the thirty years that have passed since the events of the first part of the series: the Earth is still raging global winter, the remnants of humanity concentrated around the huge furnaces located in the centre of cities and provide people with heat.
The player's decisions will have a crucial impact on the development of the city and its society. It is possible to build both an authoritarian dictatorship and try to preserve the foundations of democracy, and rash actions of the player can even provoke a civil war.
When We Can Expect It
Frostpunk 2 will be released on the 20th of September. At first the game will be available only on PC, and later it will be released on consoles and will be available in the Game Pass catalogue from the first day.
