OnePlus headphones will get AI-assisted call summarisation functionality

OnePlus is working on a useful new feature for its branded TWS headphones.

We are talking about the ability to summarise calls using AI (AI Call Summaries). Our colleagues from Android Authority found the innovation in the code of the OnePlus Buds 14.8.2 app. To activate the feature, you'll have to press the headphone stem three times.

The innovation will allow you to extract time, place and other key points from the conversation. This feature will be useful for those who often talk on headphones, but do not have a phone nearby to record some important detail. By the way, you will need a OnePlus smartphone for AI Call Summaries to work.

When We Can Expect It

When AI Call Summaries will appear in OnePlus headphones is still unknown. We can only assume that OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be the first to receive the technology.
