The main thing is not to make Concord again: Sony management believes that the company lacks new intellectual property

It would seem that Sony has a lot of its own franchises: The Last of Us, God of War, Horizon, Uncharted, Ghost of Tsushima, and many others, but the company's management believes that this is not enough.

Here's What We Know

In an interview with the Financial Times, Sony's management expressed a desire to "nurture" new IP (Intellectual property).

Whether it's games, films, or anime, we don't have a lot of intellectual property that we've supported from the beginning. We lack the early phase of intellectual property, and that is a problem for us.

Sony CFO Hiroki Totoki added that Sony is generally better at finding new audiences for existing popular IPs.

However, when creating new IPs, the main thing is Sony has removed the Concord page on the PlayStation website, and all information about the game has been removed from the PS Store, which closed in 2 weeks, and remember that PlayStation already has cool franchises that were forgotten for some reason (hello, inFamous and Days Gone).
