Ubisoft has heard the wishes of gamers and will add offline modes to The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest
A few months ago Strange story: Ubisoft takes The Crew (2014) away from gamers without refunds, with servers already down The Crew, but also made it inaccessible for those who once bought it, because all elements of the race were tied to the online connection and did not provide for single-player.
Because of this in the network there was a serious scandal, up to the creation of a petition calling on the EU authorities to legally oblige developers to leave the game available to gamers after the end of support and the closure of servers.
Here's What We Know
It seems that Ubisoft has drawn conclusions from the situation and announced that offline modes are being developed for The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest, but the French company is not ready to announce the dates of their appearance in the games.
This step will ensure that access to the main content of these races will be preserved in case of server shutdown, although this is not yet in question.
