Visually confirmed losses of equipment of the Russian army reached 10,000 units: more than 3,300 tanks alone were destroyed
Renowned OSINT analyst and former Oryx team member Jakub Janovsky has published important statistical information about the Russian army's losses in the war against Ukraine.
Here's What We Know
Jakub Janovsky reported that the losses of equipment of the occupation army reached a record number of 10,000 units!
We emphasise that this number includes only visually confirmed losses, the data on which is freely available, so the actual figure may be much higher.
Jakub Janowski has calculated that during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine (since 24 February 2022), Russia has lost:
- tanks: 3,371
- APCS: 1,561
- BMPS: 4 534
- APC: 489
- MRAPS: 56
Total: 10,011 vehicles
Although the core Oryx team has ceased operations, Jakub Janowski continues to keep records of Russian army losses and regularly updates the database with photos for each confirmed loss.
Russian visually-confirmed losses of Armoured Combat Vehicles [Tanks, AFVs, IFVs, APCs, and MRAPs] since the start of their 2022 invasion of Ukraine have exceeded 10,000!
