Dual screen, bigger battery and use of AI: Taiwanese media revealed important details about Nintendo Switch 2

The consensus among insiders and journalists is that Nintendo will finally unveil its new gaming console in late September or October.

Here's What We Know

The publication Taiwan Economic Daily has published interesting information that confirms the imminent presentation of Switch 2. According to its unnamed sources, the company is accelerating the production of devices, although its official presentation is slightly postponed due to the presentation of the PlayStation 5 Pro.

The Taiwanese portal reported that the Switch 2 will have a dual screen, but not like the Nintendo DS had - its concept is more reminiscent of the Nintendo Wii U and allows two players to share the same console.

The Switch 2 will reportedly be slightly larger than the previous model, and its battery is much more capacious. AI capabilities are also mentioned, probably an analogue of NVIDIA's DLSS scaling technology.

Also in the network appeared information from a certain employee of one of the Chinese factories, which confirms the intensification of the work process, up to the fact that one employee per day assembles 1000 consoles. He also said that the devices have a logo with the number "2" on the body, which confirms the alleged name - "Nintendo Switch 2".

We previously reported that according to insider Average Lucia Fanatic, the device will cost $399 and will come in two models.
