On 19 September, Batman fans have a holiday, as the first episode of the Penguin series in Matt Reeves' universe premiered on HBO Max.

The series will begin immediately after the end of Batman (2022) and will show how Oz Cobb expands his influence on Gotham and becomes an even greater criminal authority in the city.
The Penguin will be played by the brilliant Colin Farrell. The actor has already played the villain in Batman with Pattinson.
The Penguin will have 8 episodes, which will be released weekly. Lauren LeFranc is the writer and showrunner. Matt Reeves, the director of Batman, is the executive producer.
