Sony may be developing a sequel to Until Dawn - new scenes in the horror remake hint at this

4 October saw the release of Until Dawn (2024), a remake of the famous 2015 horror game.

Many bloggers and streamers managed to pass the game beforehand and published full walkthroughs, from which it became known that Sony may develop a sequel.

Here's What We Know

Gamers discovered that Until Dawn has two new scenes after the credits. We will keep silent about their events, so as not to spread spoilers, but note that they clearly hint that Until Dawn sequel is in development.

This theory was confirmed by a reputable insider Shpeshal_Nick. He believes that the sequel is being developed by Firesprite studio - the author of VR-game Horizon Call of the Mountain, and the project, like the remake of the first part, is being developed on Unreal Engine 5.

Whether this is true or not is still unknown, but if Sony has allowed such scenes to be added to the game, we can expect that some sort of project is still in the making.

The new Until Dawn is available on PC and PlayStation 5.
