Garmin releases 19.24 beta for Fenix 7, Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2, Epix 2 Pro, Enduro 2, Quatix 7 and MARQ Gen 2

Garmin has announced a new beta version 19.24 for the Fenix 7, Epix 2, Enduro 2, Quatix 7 and MARQ Gen 2 smartwatches, which contains several important updates and bug fixes.

The update focuses on improvements to sleep tracking, including fixing an issue where the temperature was not recorded during sleep on Fenix 7 Pro models. The beta also includes improvements to GPS, wireless, and sensor performance.

This is the second update in the 19.xx testing cycle, following version 19.21, which fixed a number of bugs related to Connect IQ watch faces and swimming in the pool. The new beta also includes updates for GPS (version 12.00), wireless (version 28.19) and sensor (version 32.22).

The software is available for the Fenix 7, Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2, Epix 2 Pro, Enduro 2, Quatix 7 and MARQ Gen 2 models, but not for the Tactix 7 and MARQ Aviator Gen 2. Users need to manually check for updates via the watch menu. It is worth noting that the ECG function is disabled while using this beta version.
